Beyond a response.
Through the whole task.
Design AI-enabled workflows that coordinate multiple steps, tools and people / with clear boundaries for what happens next.

starting point?
The work involves repeated handoffs
Define the sequence, required inputs and accountable owner for each step.
A single assistant cannot finish the task
Separate the capabilities, tools and checks needed to complete the business process.
Failures disappear between components
Make exceptions, recovery paths and human decisions part of the workflow design.
What we help
you put in place.
Define the task boundary
Specify the trigger, expected outcome, inputs, permissions and actions that are allowed.
Design the sequence
Connect reusable capabilities and tools with explicit handoffs and criteria for progressing.
Place human decisions deliberately
Identify which actions need review, approval or escalation rather than assuming full autonomy.
Design for exceptions
Specify what happens when a source is unavailable, a tool fails or an output does not meet the required standard.
Evaluate end to end
Test complete tasks using representative and adverse scenarios before widening the scope.
Useful work.
Clear outputs.
Workflow definition
A process map with triggers, inputs, steps and completion conditions.
Control design
Permissions, approval points, exception handling and escalation routes.
Implementation increment
A scoped workflow or capability integrated with the agreed environment.
Evaluation pack
Task-level tests, observed failures and acceptance evidence.
Progress means the task can be completed predictably within its defined scope, and a person can understand where it stopped, why it stopped and who needs to act.
Before we begin.
Does every workflow need several agents?
No. We choose the simplest structure that meets the requirement. A deterministic workflow, a single AI step or a combination of approaches may be more appropriate.
Can important actions remain under human control?
Yes. Approval and review steps can be designed into the workflow. The degree of autonomy is a business and governance decision, not a default.
What happens when something fails?
Failure handling is part of the design. Depending on the task, the appropriate response may be a retry, a safe stop, an alternative path or escalation to a named owner.
